    All e-vouchers purchased from Fairmont Boutique must be redeemed at the hotel. All retail items purchased online via Fairmont Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick their items up in person, or make their own courier arrangements.

    Successfully purchased vouchers will be delivered to your registered email address instantly. If the voucher does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders. All purchased vouchers may also be checked on your account on the Fairmont Makati eBoutique website.

    Successfully purchased retail items may be picked up 48 hours after your order and payment have been confirmed. Please check each product's terms & conditions for special pick-up instructions.

    Vouchers may be used by the person whose name is on the voucher. A valid ID must be presented to hotel or restaurant staff upon redemption for verification purposes.

    Vouchers may be transferred to and used by a person whose name is not on the voucher, given that a letter of authorisation from the original owner of the voucher is provided, with a copy of their valid ID. The new owner must also present a valid ID of their own upon redemption.

    Orders may be picked up daily, from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Please call ahead to ensure readiness of your orders. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
