6. Please note that failure to present the voucher (printed or digital) will require the guest to settle the charges based on prevailing rates.

3. Vouchers are valid for redemption from 26 April 2025 to 25 April 2026, excluding the following blackout dates: 24 - 25 December 2025 and 30 - 31 December 2025.

4. All retail items are subject to availability. Please allow a lead time of at least forty-eight (48) hours for your items to be prepared.

5.All retail items purchased online via Fairmont Makati Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick up their items in person, or make their own courier arrangements.

6. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.

7. Expired vouchers can no longer be used.

8. This offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers during the same period.

9. Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotion or the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 74321 and 72772 & 107542 and under R.A. 99943.
