2. Changes to reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior arrival.
3. To redeem your voucher, please present and surrender either your printed or e-voucher upon arrival. A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the voucher must also be presented for verification.
4. Please note that failure to present the voucher (printed or digital) will require the guest to settle the charges based on prevailing rates.

4. All retail items are subject to availability. Please allow a lead time of at least forty-eight (48) hours for your items to be prepared.
5. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.
6. Expired vouchers can no longer be used.
7. Dining credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Credits from a single voucher must be consumed in only one restaurant, bar, or in-room dining order at a time. Credits from a single voucher cannot be split between different restaurants or bars, or across different days or transactions.
8. This offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers during the same period.
9. Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotion or the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 74321 and 72772 & 107542 and under R.A. 99943.
