5. To redeem your voucher, please present and surrender either your printed or e-voucher upon arrival. A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the voucher must also be presented for verification.
6. Please note that failure to present the voucher (printed or digital) will require the guest to settle the charges based on prevailing rates.

4. All retail items purchased online via Fairmont Makati Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick up their items in person, or make their own courier arrangements.
5. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.
6. Expired vouchers can no longer be used.
