• All retail items are subject to availability. Please allow a lead time of at least forty-eight (48) hours for your items to be prepared.
• All retail items purchased online via Fairmont Makati Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick up their items in person, or make their own courier arrangements. Chocolate items will be given in their best possible condition upon pick-up. Raffles & Fairmont Makati will not be liable for any breakage, melting or other damage to items that may occur once the guest has received the item/s.
• To redeem your voucher, please present and surrender either your printed or e-voucher upon arrival. A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the voucher must also be presented for verification.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.
