• For orders of 5-30 pieces of mooncakes, please allow a lead time of at least 3 business days for pick-up. For orders of more than 30 pieces of mooncakes, please allow a lead time of at least 5 business days for pick-up.
• To redeem your voucher, please present and surrender either your printed or e-voucher upon arrival. A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the voucher must also be presented for verification.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates. Vouchers are not for resale. Vouchers cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.
• Expired vouchers can no longer be used.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers during the same period.
• Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotions or the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 74321 and 72772 & 107542 and under R.A. 99943.
